Traveling since 40 days old, her family often joked that if lost, she would likely be found at baggage claim. Kristy's nationality is Greek. However, she was born in New York City and grew up in her father's photography lab in Southern California. Driven by after-school boredom and a cat-like curiosity, she had learned traditional methods of photographic printing, hand-retouching and hand-coloring by the age of 7. At age 8 she had her very first photography exhibit.
